常见误区
现在能在欧盟注册库登记电池护照吗？
还不能。欧盟注册库开放电池登记的日期没有定，定了以后关键日期里会写明。
有了电子印章，就等于完成注册了吗？
不是。电子印章只用来在注册库里验证企业身份。验证通过后，才能登记护照的唯一标识。
登记一次，一直有效吗？
不是。验证状态最长保持三年，电子身份手段先到期的，以先到期为准。到期后要重新验证，才能继续登记新护照或修改已登记的数据（第 4(4) 条）。
