About PassBridge
PassBridge helps Chinese battery makers selling into the EU build and keep battery passports. We studied what the EU Battery Regulation asks for and turned it into the checks and field requirements inside the platform, so a company can build its passports from the documents it already has.

Why we do this
From 18 February 2027, LMT batteries, electric vehicle batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh need a battery passport to be placed on the EU market.
The requirements are spread across the Battery Regulation, its implementing acts and standards, and some are still being revised. Many makers do not know whether their battery needs a passport, what data it needs, or where that data comes from.
We want to make it simple: build the passport from the spec sheets and test reports you already have, and keep up when the rules change.
What we do
Check if you need one
From the battery category and capacity, we tell you whether it needs a passport and by when.
Prepare the data
AI reads the passport data from the documents you have; you confirm each value.
Check and publish
Every field is checked before publishing; you get the passport and its QR code.
Registration and updates
We guide you through EU registration and warn you when the rules change.
Under the Battery Regulation, the company placing the battery on the EU market is responsible for the passport content (Art. 77(4)).
How we work
The regulation comes first
Our rules follow the text of the regulation; deadlines and main requirements name their source.
AI only drafts
Every value AI reads is marked as an AI draft and counts only once you confirm it; AI cannot publish a passport.
Source documents stay in China
Your source documents stay in the workspace in mainland China; publishing sends only the passport data to the hosting service.
Passports stay available
Even if your company closes, we keep your published passports, and the QR code still opens them.
